My quest for a good low cost Shopping Cart

I quickly came up against the problem of finding a easy to use low cost shopping cart. The free carts were next to impossible to setup. The other choices were ether high priced over $600 or they took a percentage of sales. My solution create individual PayPal buttons for each item. A pains taking task and once complete another long task to make any changes.
